Please note that for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear or have been laundered.

Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and hygiene stickers are firmly attached to the garments.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
